Graham is a Director in our practice with more than 12 years experience in Recovery and Reorganisation in Australia, England, Belgium and Germany. Graham has provided a broad range of advice to financiers and management of companies in financial distress throughout this period as well as undertaken formal recovery assignments such as receiverships, voluntary administrations and liquidations. Within the Australian marketplace Graham has been involved in several large restructuring assignments with a recent assignment involving secured facilities exceeding $75 million.
