With a focus on medium-size owner-managed businesses, Dean has worked within a diverse range of industries including medical, professional, building construction, retail and manufacturing. 

Dean Marsh is motivated by being inside his clients' businesses, contributing shoulder-to-shoulder to their success. He also assists clients to manage the relationship issues within their business through his involvement with Grant Thornton's PRIMA (People and Relationship Issues in management) service. 

In addition to the provision of Business Advisory Services, Dean has been engaged on a number of public and private company audits and oversaw the audit of the Australian subsidiary of an international manufacturing group.
