Malcolm works closely with clients to provide advice across a wide range of business needs including tax planning, asset protection, succession planning and structuring advice for the business and owner.

He has extensive experience in dealing with the taxation office and has sought numerous product and private rulings.  He has provided consulting services to large corporate groups, international property syndicates and high net worth individuals.

Malcolm's clients know that they can rely on his professional advice because he keeps pace with the myriad of new tax laws, test cases, rulings and determinations.

Malcolm advises business owners on matters such as technical tax matters, income tax, capital gains tax, GST, fringe benefits tax, succession and estate planning, property development and strategic planning.

Malcolm is actively involved with the Taxation Institute of Australia and is a past Chairman of its Education division; and is current Chairman of its State Council.
