Experience

Through his experience in Australia and the United States, Andrew Newman has developed an understanding of the changing regulatory environment and its impact on the accounting and internal control needs of his clients.

Andrew joined Grant Thornton Australia's Brisbane office in 2000 as a graduate and since this time has progressed to become a Partner within our Audit & Assurance division. He has had experience with engagements for public companies, privately held businesses and not-for-profit clients.

Andrew has gained experience in assurance services in both Australia and the United States having undertaken secondments in 2004 and 2005/2006 to broaden his audit experience.
