Experience
Cameron is a Director in Grant Thornton’s Audit and Assurance Division. Cameron has over 17 years’ experience including 5 years working in London, with companies ranging from entrepreneurial start-ups to large multinational companies.

Cameron’s experience includes:

  • statutory audits and reviews of listed public companies on the Australian and London stock exchanges, and SEC registrants
  • statutory audits of large private companies, and private equity funds and their investees 
  • special purpose audits and financial investigations
  • provision of specialised technical accounting advice
  • provision of due diligence services
  • assisting clients with M&A, capital raising and IPO transactions

Cameron’s strong technical focus combined with his common sense approach and relationship skills have enabled him to work through a number of complex issues with his clients. He has a pragmatic and hands-on style resulting in clear and open communication with Management and the Board.
