Shaun is a Partner in our practice with more than 14 years’ experience in Recovery and Reorganisation in Australia, England and Canada. He has provided a broad range of advice to financiers and management of companies in financial distress, as well as undertaken formal insolvency engagements such as Receiverships, Voluntary Administrations and Liquidations. Shaun has also provided operational and financial due diligence services supporting both buy and sell side corporate transactions.
