Experience
Andrew has over 25 years professional experience with Grant Thornton and PricewaterhouseCoopers in Australia, the United Kingdom and Papua New Guinea.

He provides financial, strategic and taxation advice on a broad range of issues affecting businesses as well as their owners. Specifically, these issues include strategic planning, corporate and private business tax advice, establishment of inbound structures, establishment of offshore structures, shareholder agreements, cash flow analysis, budgeting, investment analysis, superannuation and estate planning.

As a business advisor, he also is a regular participant on client Advisory Boards, which includes the development of growth strategies, decision making, debt and equity structuring, mentoring of senior management and owners.

In addition, Andrew has experience in addressing succession planning issues for his clients. These issues include development of exit options, reviews of business and owners structures, remuneration systems and family constitutions. He is a member of Grant Thornton’s National Succession Planning Industry Group.

Andrew is also National Head of Grant Thornton’s Professional Services Group. He has extensive experience in advising professional practices on growth, Partner succession, funding, remuneration systems, tax and corporatisation. He has also published articles on key issues affecting the legal profession.
