Andrew has 22 years professional experience with Grant Thornton and one of the Big 4 firms in Australia, the United Kingdom and Papua New Guinea.

He provides financial, strategic and taxation advice on specific projects and overall structural issues to all types of businesses from small to medium sized private businesses, through to public companies.

Andrew specialises in providing advice to emerging and developing businesses and has proven skills in helping them choose the right path of growth.

Andrew advises clients on critical aspects of their business operations, including STET planning, corporate and family tax advice, offshore structures, cash flow analysis, budgeting, investment analysis, and superannuation.

In addition, Andrew has assisted a number of clients with their succession planning issues. In particular, he has worked extensively with clients in providing them with the structure to allow them to bring in new partners / owners to ensure a business’ continuity and growth. These issues that are often covered include transition from one generation to the next, the introduction of external advisers to facilitate change, income tax issues and capital gains tax, remuneration planning, review of shareholder agreements and estate planning.
