Experience

Craig has over 15 years professional experience working in Big 4 firms, large international businesses and SMEs where he has developed particular experience in taxation consulting, financial structuring, corporate advisory and tax risk management.

Craig commenced his tax career with the in-house tax division of the ANZ Banking Group. His main role was providing transaction support services to the property group, business banking and project & structured finance business units.

After leaving the ANZ Bank, Craig worked for PwC and later KPMG where he continued building on his experience as an M&A tax adviser, working on several key transactions, as well as general corporate tax advisory and compliance.

More recently, Craig has focussed on the corporate and mid market, working with several mid cap and large private groups.

Craig is also actively involved in Australia’s leading professional associations where he provides technical support and submissions to Government on taxation issues. His current activities include: The Taxation Institute of Australia's Victorian Technical Committee, The Institute of Chartered Accountants Tax Consolidation Working Group and the ATO National Tax Liaison Group Consolidation Sub Committee – various working groups.
