Elma has over 16 years’ Internal experience in the delivery of financial, operational and compliance audits. She has extensive experience with key clients in the health and government sectors as well as manufacturing, distribution and logistics, fast moving consumer goods and services industries.

Her internal audit experience within both the Corporate and Public Sectors provide Elma with practical and relevant skills which her clients are able to leverage from. Elma’s pragmatic approach to internal audit allows her to provide her clients with best practice advice, tailored for each of her clients’ specific requirements.

Elma has considerable experience in project managing global and complex internal audit assignments through her work in South Africa, the United Kingdom and Australia.

She currently is the Chair of the Victorian Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors Australia.
