Karen has over 16 years’ consulting experience working with clients in diverse industries. She has consulted to major companies including Telstra, Sensis, Australia Post, SP AusNet, Jemena, National Australia Bank, Medibank Private, Northern Health, Visy, Spotless Australia, Transurban, Yarra Trams, Victoria Racing Club, and Australian Red Cross Blood Service.

Karen’s career started in marketing and public relations before moving to a boutique management consulting firm that focused on telecommunications. Karen has held Senior Consulting roles in the Business Consulting divisions of Arthur Andersen and several mid-tier professional services firms.
