Experience

Michael is the Head of the Business Advisory Practice in Melbourne. Michael is a Chartered Accountant with 19 years business advisory experience servicing small to medium sized private businesses; and with subsidiaries of corporates.

Michael has significant experience in assisting businesses develop through the stages of start-up through to maturity. Acting as both an advisor and business partner, he takes an active role in understanding businesses, assisting in their development and advising on internal financial operations, management reporting, taxation and statutory reporting.

Michael also has significant experience assisting foreign subsidiaries to establish operations in Australia; and local businesses to outsource their finance functions.

Michael provides the advisory and compliance services to a wide range of industries and his service includes consulting to boards, assisting with the development of strategy and professionalising businesses.
