Experience

Michael is the Head of the Privately Held Business Practice in Melbourne.  Michael is a Chartered Accountant with 20 years business advisory experience servicing small to medium sized private businesses; and subsidiaries of large corporations.

Michael has significant experience in assisting businesses develop through the stages of start-up through to maturity. Acting as both an advisor and business partner, he takes an active role in understanding businesses, assisting in their development and advising on internal financial operations, management reporting, taxation and statutory reporting.

Michael has significant experience in providing “outsourced back office/support services” to foreign subsidiaries and subsidiaries of corporations. This expertise extends to providing advice to clients looking to establish an outsource arrangement, through to providing the solution.
