Peter has over 20 years experience including 10 years experience in corporate finance in Europe and Australia. Peter’s experience covers a broad range of major corporate finance transactions in particular due diligence and corporate advisory work across a range of industry sectors.

Peter has specific valuations experience in a range of industries and has completed independent expert reports and valuations for tax consolidation purposes.

Peter also has successfully sold a number of privately owned businesses highlighted by the recent sale of DMS Glass to CSR.
