Voluntary Administration, then Deed of Company Arrangement. The company’s previous trading activity was in the sporting and recreational activities industry, as it was an National Basketball League Club. The role included, seeking a new owner, maintain relationships with Sponsors, and liaise with the National Basketball League and importantly  endeavour to maintain the team list during the process.

Bizwear Pty Ltd
Administration of high profile corporate clothing importer and wholesaler. The process included dealing with overseas manufacturers, reviewing and determining numerous Retention of Title claims. Further the process incorporated significant investigations as the company has a material misstatement in its audited financial accounts.
