Overview
Peter leads the tax team in Grant Thornton’s Perth office and he has extensive tax consulting experience across a diverse range of industries and business enterprises. 

Peter has a hands-on approach in advising clients and works hard to achieve the best commercial and tax outcome for the client.  He enjoys the challenge of keeping up to date with the various changes to tax legislation to ensure his clients are best advised.

Due to his excellent rapport with his clients and his outstanding professionalism, Peter is held in high regard within the profession generally and by both clients and colleagues alike. 

Experience
Peter has a depth of tax experience in a number of areas.

He has advised both companies and individuals on the tax implications of investing in or relocating to Australia, and investing, relocating or temporarily working overseas. 
 
Peter has extensive experience in the complete design and implementation of employee share schemes for companies.   Peter also advises clients in relation to:

• corporate taxation consulting
• remuneration planning
• business structuring
• business acquisitions or sales

Peter has worked extensively in the mining, resources and associated industries in providing the above advice.
