Fi Slaven

Fi Slaven is Grant Thornton Australia's Chief Information Officer. She is a highly experienced senior business manager specialising in Change Management, Strategic Human Resource Management, Business Process Re-engineering, Project Management, Information Technology, Contract Negotiations and Management, Health Care Software applications and Outsourcing Services.

Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Fi managed the combined IT operational delivery department for the Transport Accident Commission and WorkSafe Victoria. This role involved not only the provision of business as usual services for the two organisations, but also running specific projects and implementing an aggressive change management program to realise and leverage the benefits of combining the two IT departments staff and services.
