After owning and consequently selling a successful wine tourism business in South Australia, Matthew moved into the Finance Industry with the Adelaide Bank as the NSW/ACT Business Development Manager.

It was during this period that Matthew was approached to move to Sydney to set up a Financial Planning division with a medium size Chartered Accounting firm. Over the next eight years Matthew over saw the division grow into a very large successful practice.

“I really enjoy the client/adviser relationship, Matthew says. To start with a client from the beginning and help them structure their investments and financial security is what it is all about. Being able to do it in an Accounting environment completes the picture for the client as we are able to include tax advice”

Community involvement

Matthew is a father of two young children. He is a keen golfer and snow skier and is passionate about wine and food with ambitions of owning a small non-commercial vineyard for private enjoyment one day
