After 12 years in chartered accounting, primarily practicing in business advisory and insolvency, Adam moved to banking. In the subsequent 10 years, he has held a number of front-line relationship management and senior executive positions including the National Australia Bank and more recently, the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
As a result Adam has had exposure to a large number of businesses, and has developed a detailed understanding of how financiers and banks, price and structure lending/debt, investments and transactional services to most industries.
In the years since Adam’s return to the accounting profession, he has combined this banking knowledge with advising clients on the performance of their business and getting the best deal for both the client and financier alike.
Accordingly he has established an unrivalled track record finding practical solutions that give the financier and his clients a ‘win-win’ outcome. This helps maximise the value of the banker relationship and ensures that his clients get the best deal on the whole of their banking needs & that their businesses perform to their potential.
Adam has also a wealth of experience in financial and commercial due diligence and business performance improvement, working with clients and financiers to achieve their mutual goals of having successful businesses.
