Experience
Andrew has been with the firm since 1987, including a two-year secondment to the London office. Andrew has also spent 6 months managing an Australian subsidiary of a US Group. He has been a partner since 1999 and is currently Head of Audit and Assurance Services in Sydney. He is responsible for co-ordinating audit and other services to a diverse portfolio of clients, including listed companies, international groups, large proprietary companies and not-for-profit organisations.

In addition to his client service role, Andrew is involved in technical matters including financial reporting, accounting standards, and assurance. Andrew was an alternate member of the former Urgent Issues Group and was a member of the Grant Thornton IFRS Interpretations Group, which is responsible for ensuring consistent application of IFRS globally.

Andrew also serves on the NSW Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
