Experience
Andrew is currently a Partner in the Audit & Assurance team of Grant Thornton Australia. He has over 19 years experience with Grant Thornton starting his professional career as a graduate in Grant Thornton South Africa. Andrew has worked in various service lines encompassing external audit, business risk services, due diligence and technical financial reporting. This experience has been gained in South Africa, the United Kingdom and Australia.

Andrew has developed strong general business and technical skills to enable him to offer timely pro-active advice to a diverse portfolio of clients.

Andrew is now responsible for co-ordinating the director lead audit and other associated assurance services required to meet the requirements of his diverse portfolio of clients in Australia, including audits of privately held business, not-for-profit organisations and listed public companies. Andrew works closely with other Grant Thornton offices in delivering services to his international and national clients.

As well as managing his client portfolio, Andrew is Head of Risk and Compliance within Grant Thornton Australia in Sydney. This provides Andrew valuable insight into the types of risks that companies face and how to manage those risks.
