Iain is an Assurance Services Partner in the Sydney office. He began his career in Johannesburg, and before coming to Australia spent four years in Moscow.

Iain's experience is broad and includes clients listed on Australian and Overseas exchanges, private companies and groups looking to grow.

Iain is known as having a pragmatic and practical approach when working with clients. His expertise includes:

• external audit
• nternational audit assignments
• accounting standard advice
• agreed upon procedures and due diligence

Key assignments include advising in the following areas:

• Australian Statutory reporting and disclosure requirements
• interpretation of Australian equivalents to International Financial Reporting Standards
• group reorganisation and restructuring
• agreed upon procedures
• internal control and business cycle reviews
• acquisition and disposal accounting

Iain’s focus is in resources and light and heavy manufacturing. Additionally, his experience included: retail, services and distribution.
