Jan Roberts is the leader of Grant Thornton Australia's People & Culture division. She has significant experience at Director level, as Human Resources Director of a large trans-Tasman law firm and has been involved in developing, and executing the HR strategy, overseeing HR operations, and managing a large team and significant budget.

In addition to this, Jan has substantial management consulting experience including as a Partner in a boutique consulting practice, working across a broad range of industry sectors.

Jan's extensive corporate experience in operational and strategic human resources management roles in the manufacturing and petrochemical sectors is complemented by her familiarity with boutique, national and multi-national organisations as well as her own business.
