Experience
Linda is a Partner in the Transaction Services team and has over 12 years experience in Corporate Finance.

A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Scotland, Linda previously worked for Grant Thornton in the UK in both Corporate Finance and in Audit & Assurance Services.  Advising public and private sector clients, Linda has experience across a diverse range of sectors including manufacturing and distribution, professional services, technology, energy & resources, financial services, property, food & drink and retail.

Linda specialises in providing transaction advisory services to private equity and corporate clients but has experience in Mergers & Acquisitions and in Corporate Recovery (Investigating Accountant engagements and pre-lend reviews).

In addition to her advisory roles, Linda has undertaken 2 short-term secondments to major plc clients in the UK and was involved in the roll up of the Australian Grant Thornton practices and the acquisition of William Buck Melbourne in June 2008.
