“Clients want to be able to pick up the phone and speak to one experienced person who can co-ordinate all their needs.

I’ve always had a strong client service mentality and I believe that this comes through in my approach to client service. I strive to be accessible and responsive so that my clients get pro-active service in all areas.

As an audit and assurance specialist, one can’t expect to be an expert in all other fields, such as tax or IT. However, a background of broad experience in both the UK and Australia has enabled me to know enough about other specialist areas to identify the issues and then call upon the right people.

By developing strong client relationships and utilising teamwork within Grant Thornton, I find that I can provide the full range of services my clients demand in a timely manner.

Running a successful practice and servicing my clients, the remainder of my time and energy is devoted to bringing up a young family! However, I’m a keen sportsman and you’ll still find me on the rugby field of a Saturday, playing hooker for the mighty Mosman Whales!
