Overview

Paul specialises in providing advisory and support services to individual lenders, syndicates and investors in larger private and public companies. 

In this capacity he has undertaken a variety of lender and stakeholder advisory roles in respect of many of the recent major insolvencies and restructurings.

Paul also provides restructuring advice and support to private equity investors, hedge funds and overseas investors including advising Pacific Equity Partners on its recent exit from the Borders/Angus & Robertson portfolio.

A recognised expert in Real Estate Investment Trusts, Paul led the refinancing team advising the 12 bank Syndicate to the $3bn ING Industrial Fund in 2009.
