Overview

Paul specialises in providing advisory and support services to individual lenders, syndicates and investors in larger private and public companies.

In this capacity he has undertaken a variety of lender and stakeholder advisory roles in respect of many of the recent major insolvencies and restructurings including ABC, Centro and Babcock & Brown.

Paul has also devised several innovative restructuring solutions utilising the versatile Voluntary Administration regime including devising the award nominated Retravision restructure in 2008.

A recognised expert in hedge fund insolvency and Real Estate Investment Trusts, Paul led the refinancing team advising the 12 bank Syndicate to the $3bn ING Industrial Fund in 2009.
