My area of expertise is the tax issues that face owner-managed businesses including structures, tax consolidation, tax planning, remuneration planning, succession and superannuation.

This includes extensive experience in advising on the taxation of capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions including taxation due diligence assignments.

On the weekends I like to spend time with my young family and if possible catch a round of golf. I am a keen renovator and from time to time I like to take on projects around the house.”
