Having trained at Grant Thornton Johannesburg and then spending over 3 years at Grant Thornton London before moving to Grant Thornton Sydney, I have gained tremendous experience in advising on international transactions.

Whilst in London I was authorised as a Nominated Adviser (“Nomad”), qualified to advise companies on listing on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM Market. We are now uniquely positioned as the only independent Nomad with offices in both Sydney and London to help international businesses based in Australia achieve an AIM listing in an efficient manner.

Our corporate finance team has been involved in numerous listings on ASX and AIM and our experience in advising companies is extremely broad.
