Michael McCann of Grant Thornton Brisbane was appointed administrator of the above company on 29 November 2006.

Subsequently, the company's creditors resovled that hte company should enter into a Deed of Company Arrangement ("the Deed") at a meeting convened on 15 February 2007. It should be noted that the Deed was executed on 8 March 2007. Michael McCann was appointed Deed Administrator on this date.
