Michael McCann of Grant Thornton Brisbane was appointed voluntary administrator of the above company on 6 April 2004.

Subsequently, the company's creditors resolved that the dompany should enter into a Deed of Company Arrangement ("the Deed") at a meeting convened on 9 July 2004. It should be noted that the Deed was executed on 23 July 2004. Michael McCann was appopinted Deed Administrator on this date.
