Tony Douglas-Brown and Jeff Vibert appointed Joint & Several Administrators of the Company on 19 May 2008.

The first meeting of creditors was held on 29 May 2005 where our appointment was confirmed and no Committee of Creditors was formed.

Subsequently, at a meeting of creditors held on 24 June 2008, the Company was placed into liquidation and Tony Douglas-Brown and Jeff Vibert were appointed Joint & Several Liquidators.
