Tony Douglas-Brown and Jeff Vibert appointed Joint & Several Voluntary Administrators of the Company on 26 September 2007.
The first meeting of creditors was held on 11 October 2007. At that meeting our appointment was confirmed and a Committee of Creditors was not formed.
Subsequently, at a meeting of creditors held on 31 October 2007, the Company was placed into liquidation and Tony Douglas-Brown and Jeff Vibert were appointed Joint & Several Liquidators.
