Tony Douglas-Brown and Jeff Vibert appointed Joint & Several Administrators of the Company on 7 May 2008.
The first meeting of creditors was held on 19 May 2008. At that meeting our appointment was confirmed and a Committee of Creditors was formed.
Report issued pursuant to section 439A of the Corporations Act on 3 June 2008.
Subsequently, at a meeting of creditors held on 12 June 2008, the Company was placed into liquidation and Tony Douglas-Brown and Jeff Vibert were appointed Joint & Several Liquidators.
The properties at Yate Court are to be sold by the mortgagees in due course.
