National Contracting Group (Northern Division) Pty Ltd

Paul Andrew Billingham and Trevor Mark Pogroske were appointed Joint and Several Administrators of National Contracting Group (Northern Division) Pty Limited (“the Company”) on 20 February 2007 pursuant to Section 436A of the Corporations Act 2001.

Following approval by creditors, the Company executed a Deed of Company Arrangement (“DOCA”) on 2 April 2007 with Paul Andrew Billingham and Trevor Mark Pogroske being appointed Joint & Several Deed Administrators.

Subsequently, all terms of the DOCA were satisfied on 2 April 2007. As a result, the DOCA was terminated in accordance with its terms and the Trust was created with Paul Andrew Billingham and Trevor Mark Pogroske being appointed Trustees.
