Trevor Mark Pogroske and Paul Billingham were appointed Joint and Several Administrators of the Company on 24 January 2005 pursuant to Section 436 of the Corporations Act 2001.
Subsequently, at a meeting of creditors on 18 March 2005, the Company was placed into liquidation and Trevor Mark Pogroske and Paul Billingham were appointed Joint and Several Liquidators.
Creditors who successfully proved their claims in the liquidation were paid an interim dividend of 12.5 cents in the dollar in December 2006. Creditors who wish to submit a claim should complete the formal proof of debt form which is attached below.
