(FORMERLY TRADING AS RETRAVISION (NSW) LIMITED) (RECEIVERS & MANAGERS APPOINTED) (SUBJECT TO DEED OF COMPANY ARRANGEMENT) ABN 16 000 384 565 (“the Company”)

Paul Andrew Billingham and Trevor Mark Pogroske were appointed Joint & Several Administrators of the Company on 24 October 2006 pursuant to Section 436A of the Corporations Act 2001.

On the same day Peter George Yates and David John Frank Lombe of Deloitte were appointed Joint & Several Receivers and Managers ("The Receivers") of the Company.

At a meeting of creditors on 20 November 2006, creditors elected for the Company to execute a Deed of Company Arrangement (“DOCA”) and Paul Andrew Billingham and Trevor Mark Pogroske were appointed Joint and Several Deed Administrators. The Deed of Company Arrangement was executed on Friday 24 November 2006.

The Receivers and Managers partially retired on 14 June 2007 upon discharge of the secured creditors, Westpac Banking Corporation and Permanent Trustee Company Limited.

Debtors continue to be collected by the deed Administrators together with Trailing Commissions from Retravision Northern Limited and Retravision Southern Limited.

Certain matters which require ongoing litigation are being continued to be pursued.

The following dividends have been paid to unsecured creditors to date:

Creditors will be notified of future dividends in due course, however at this stage unsecured creditors may receive a total dividend of 23 cents in the dollar at the conclusion of the Administration.
