A W Butterell was appointed Official Liquidator on 5 April 2004 pursuant to an Order of the Supreme Court of New South Wales

On 29 April Mr Collis and Mr Palmer of O'Brien Palmer were appointed Receivers and Managers of the abovenamed company. They have subsequently taken control over all of the assets of the company.

Update as at January 2005

The Liquidator is continuing to investigate the affairs of the company. It is not expected that there will be any return to any class of creditors in this matter.
