Our commitment to assisting candidates through the CA Program is reflected in our thorough and practical in-house training. Senior members of staff act as training leaders, sharing their technical expertise and responding to queries. The hard work and dedication of our candidates and trainers sees us continue to enjoy pass rates that are consistently above state and national averages.
Training Programs
Whether it be on a firm-wide or individual team basis, we provide a comprehensive technical training program to cater for staff at all levels within the organisation. We have regular updates, with special topics presented by industry experts. Technical sessions are also run on a group level, with a variety of presenters required to research and deliver to their team. Live-in workshops are regularly undertaken at both national and local level from graduate upwards which focus on extending people’s knowledge and expertise in the particular field.
Your personal development is not forgotten with specific programs such as leadership and client service skills, designed for managers and other staff, aimed at enhancing the broader skills of our people
Buddy system
At your induction on day one, you will meet your Buddy. Their role is to ease the transition into your new working environment and provide a network from which to integrate into the firm. It might be as simple as how to make a great cappuccino... they will be your first point of call and generally help you to feel welcome during what can be a daunting time.
Mentor program
Our mentoring programmes are designed to assist you to get your CA qualification and advance your career. Mentoring programs operate throughout all levels, allowing you the opportunity to further develop yourself and talk through professional, personal or any other issues that may arise with a more senior person. Staff are encouraged to maximise the time spent with their mentor in order to realise their full potential.
