Working in the Adelaide office
Our recruitment process is simple and personal and is fundamental to our commitment to recruiting the best people. We believe interviews give us the best chance to learn more about you and, importantly, for you to learn more about us.
Your first interview will be one-on-one and take between 30 and 45 minutes. At second round interviews a Director will also be present. You will be asked questions that require you to reflect on your past experiences and provide specific real life examples to demonstrate your behaviours and skills.
