Working in the Perth office

Our recruitment process is simple and personal and is fundamental to our commitment to recruiting the best people. We think interviews give us the best chance to find out more about you and for you to find out about us.
 
Your first interview will be one-on-one with our HR Manager and take between 30 and 45 minutes. We will ask you practical questions about how you approach different situations or tasks and may also require you to complete some form of abilities testing. Our second round interview take the form of a cocktail function, where you will be given the opportunity to meet our Directors, Managers and Graduates from previous years.
