Overseas secondment

Overseas secondments in the early years of employment are an important part of our commitment to the training and development of our people. Grant Thornton staff are encouraged to participate in short-term secondments once they are CA qualified.

London and New York are hot destinations… others include Dublin, Oxford and Chicago!

The global secondment policy provides comprehensive assistance for all secondees including:

• airfare
• fully furnished accommodation
• medical and travel insurance
• up front cash payment upon arrival in overseas location (in local currency)
• airport pick-up
• participation in office induction and
• cultural days
