As the independent Chair of Grant Thornton Australia, I am proud that our structure and governance model is unique for a professional services firm and has been in place since 2008. As a public company, we are independently audited and have three highly experienced, independent Non-Executive Directors, of which I am one. The Board is committed to best practice through complying with the ASX Governance Principles and conducts comprehensive annual performance reviews.

Louise is an experienced Chairman and Non-Executive Director of ASX, public, private and not-for-profit organisations. She is currently a Director of Great Southern Bank and Chair of their Purpose and Impact Committee. She was formerly a Chairman for the CEO Institute and was a Director of iiNet Limited, Macquarie Media Limited, A2B Australia Limited, University of Notre Dame Australia, Australian Physiotherapy Association and CAANZ.

Prior to her Non-Executive Director roles, Louise had a successful track record and comprehensive commercial experience as a Managing Director, CEO and Senior Executive in the media, market research, brand and communications sectors across Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
