Working in restructuring has taught me to be a problem solver – I am aware of the commercial implications for my clients to ensure I deliver a tailored outcome for their business needs. Being bilingual, I’m able to breakdown the language and cultural barriers when working in Asian markets in order to prioritise a strong outcome.
