Director – Corporate Tax

George is a highly skilled and motivated Tax Director with over 10 years of experience including 1 year on secondment as the Taxation Manager at a large multinational organisation.

George has a proven track record in providing corporate tax compliance and advisory services to a number of ASX listed companies, foreign multinationals and privately held entities in a variety of sectors including real estate and construction, telecommunications, mining, manufacturing and aviation industries.

Specifically, George has provided complex international tax structuring advice, run tax due diligence projects for significant transactions and has assisted companies in dealing with ATO and State Revenue reviews. In addition, George has extensive experience in remuneration structuring and fringe benefits tax both on a compliance as well as an advisory basis.

George is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and is also employed, on a contract basis by the University of Adelaide, where he delivers tutorials on income tax law to undergraduate students.
