Grant Thornton appoints three new industry leaders

Grant Thornton is pleased to appoint three new industry leaders, effective from 1 July 2023: Anika Reside as National Head of Real Estate & Construction; Cameron Bacon as National Head of Agribusiness, Food & Beverage; and Tom Williams as National Head of Energy & Resources. 

All three of these appointments supports Grant Thornton’s ambition to seek out diverse perspectives and challenge when necessary to deliver positive progress for businesses. Each new National Head holds significant industry knowledge, expertise and a commitment to delivering insights and value to clients.

Anika Reside, Partner – Specialist Tax, and new National Head of Real Estate and Construction, has been an integral part of the Real Estate and Construction team for several years. Anika consistently shares relevant insights and is heavily involved in industry associations to stay across trends, issues and share expertise to influence business decisions that supports growth.

Cameron Bacon, Partner – Corporate Finance, and new National Head of Agribusiness, Food & Beverage, has a passion for the industry and depth of knowledge allowing him to advise and share insights within the industry. Cameron also collaborates with other industries that have strong parallels with the challenges and opportunities Agribusiness, Food & Beverage organisations face.

Tom Williams, Partner – Corporate Finance, and new National Head of Energy & Resources, is committed to advising organisations through challenging times and is familiar with the financing demands unique to the sector. Tom ensures that organisations leverage opportunities and find operational efficiencies to deliver practical, forward-looking outcomes.
