Appointment as Voluntary Administrators

On 22 December 2016, Matthew James Donnelly, Andrew Stewart Reed Hewitt and David Mark Hodgson, were appointed Joint and Several Administrators of the following entities:

Diploma Group Limited;
Diploma Construction (WA) Pty Ltd; and
DGX Construction Pty Ltd.

We note that Martin Jones and Andrew Smith of Ferrier Hodgson were appointed as Joint & Several Receivers and Managers of the three entities on Wednesday, 21 December 2016 pursuant to a registered security interest in favour of a charge holder. The Receivers and Managers have control of the assets, undertakings and management of the three entities.

Matthew James Donnelly retired as Joint and Several Administrator of the three entities on 30 March 2017.

Appointment as Provisional Liquidators

On 11 April 2017, the Australian Securities and Investments Commission requested that David Hodgson and Andrew Hewitt consent to act as Provisional Liquidators of the Companies.

On 22 May 2017, David Hodgson and Andrew Hewitt were appointment Provisional Liquidators of the Companies pursuant to orders made in the Federal Court of Australia.

On 6 September 2017, David Hodgson and Andrew Hewitt were appointed as Liquidators of the Companies pursuant to orders made in the Federal Court of Australia.
