Michael McCann and Graham Killer were appointed Joint and Several Administrators of the Company on 5 February 2026. 

The Administrators will continue to trade the Company while they undertake an urgent review of the Company and conduct an accelerated process for the possible sale of the business. This will include engaging with key stakeholders and potential interested parties who may be willing to take over the business including current customer contracts.

The first meeting of creditors will be held virtually, and correspondence will be issued to all creditors confirming details of this meeting shortly. All creditors who wish to attend the meeting should contact the Administrators office via the below addresses, to obtain further information. At the end of the Voluntary Administration period the Administrators will release a Creditor’s Report which will explain the reasons behind the Company’s failure and their recommendations on the future of the Company. 

Customers who have paid a deposit are likely to be considered creditors of the company and are therefore entitled to attend the creditors meetings.
