Michael McCann and Graham Killer were appointed Joint and Several Administrators of the Company on 5 February 2026. 

At the Second Meeting of creditors on 12 March 2026, it was resolved that the Company be placed into liquidation and Michael McCann and Graham Killer were appointed Joint and Several Liquidators of the Company. On 12 March 2026, a sale of the business and assets of the Company, to Exordium Enterprises Pty Ltd (“the Purchaser”) was executed. The Purchaser has now assumed control of the business and is continuing to trade the business.  Details of the sale agreement are confidential at this time, and further details will be communicated to creditors in due course. 

The Liquidators are continuing their recovery of any remaining assets of the Company and are undertaking investigations into potential voidable transactions which may have occurred prior to Administration. Further updates will be communicated to creditors in future reports.
