Since joining Grant Thornton in 2013, Iain has led numerous high‑impact engagements, supporting clients to achieve measurable outcomes through commercial finance and analysis, business insights, project management and operational improvement. He has a strong track record of delivering results and building trusted relationships across a range of sectors and geographies.

Iain has significant experience leading complex payroll remediation programs, guiding organisations through the full complexity of payroll reviews beyond the recalculation itself. He has operated large‑scale remediation programs, establishing strong governance, supporting critical regulatory and strategic decisions, and ensuring alignment with Fair Work expectations. This includes managing stakeholder and regulator engagement, overseeing payments to current and former employees, and embedding robust validation and testing processes to deliver accurate, defensible outcomes.
