Keagan has extensive experience in restructuring advisory and is experienced in conducting Independent Business Reviews (IBR), Due Diligence and limited scope reviews on behalf of major banks, alternate lenders and other stakeholders. Keagan is trusted in delivering outcomes and pragmatic solutions for these stakeholders with regards to their exposures.
Keagan also has extensive experience in conducting ‘company side’ advisory engagements assisting distressed businesses in their dealings with financiers, the development and implementation of a restructuring plan, and reviews focused on working capital optmisation.
Keagan has experience across various sectors including construction, real estate, manufacturing, education and financial services.
