Scott has provided transaction advisory services on more than 400 transactions with a combined value in excess of $80b and has significant cross-border experience having assisted with transactions in more than 30 countries across the globe.

In addition, Scott has analysed financial records to determine their accuracy and compliance with GAAP and accounting policies on more than 300 transactions and has also critically analysed and interpreted forecasts for more than 150 transactions.

Scott’s background as a transaction specialist has provided him with extensive experience in interviewing all levels of staff to identify accounting issues and internal & external factors impacting the quality of historical earnings and forecast assumptions and to identify balance sheet and working capital risks that could affect sustainable value or result in value erosion during the transaction process.
