Philip Campbell-Wilson and Said Jahani were appointed Joint and Several Administrators of the Company by resolution of the Company’s directors on 19 August 2022.

At the second meeting of creditors on 26 September 2022, creditors resolved that the Company be placed into Liquidation with Philip Campbell-Wilson and Said Jahani being appointed Joint and Several Liquidators of the Company.
