Kimberley helps organisations manage complex employment tax and workforce compliance obligations, combining deep technical expertise with practical, commercially focused and technology-enabled solutions that support strong governance and sustainable business outcomes.

She specialises in employment taxes including fringe benefits tax, payroll tax, superannuation guarantee and employee share schemes, advising both Australian and multinational organisations, including ASX-listed companies. Kimberley regularly supports clients through compliance reviews, voluntary disclosures, transaction due diligence, and large-scale governance and transformation projects. She works closely with payroll, finance and HR teams to design practical solutions that strengthen controls, improve reporting accuracy, and proactively manage regulatory risk, with a strong focus on leveraging data analytics and technology to enhance compliance outcomes.

Kimberley has more than a decade of experience advising employers across a wide spectrum of industries, helping organisations navigate increasingly complex employment tax and workforce compliance environments, including cross-border workforce arrangements and global mobility programs.

She is actively involved in industry thought leadership and regularly presents on emerging employment tax developments. Kimberley is passionate about mentoring emerging professionals and is known for building strong client relationships and simplifying complex regulatory requirements into practical, workable solutions.

Experience

  • Fringe Benefits Tax advisory, governance and compliance programs – Leading large and complex FBT reviews and compliance programs for Australian and multinational organisations, including ASX-listed companies, advising on risk identification, governance frameworks and designing technology-enabled FBT reporting and compliance solutions.
  • State payroll tax advisory and regulator engagement – Advising organisations on payroll tax risk, grouping and compliance obligations across jurisdictions, including contractor and employment agency provisions, and supporting clients through complex State Revenue Office reviews and audits.
  • Superannuation Guarantee remediation, ATO audit support and reform readiness – Advising organisations on historical SG reviews, voluntary disclosure programs and supporting clients through ATO compliance reviews and audits, including preparing organisations for the implementation of Payday Super reforms.
  • Global mobility and workforce advisory – Advising multinational organisations on cross-border workforce compliance and overseeing global mobility and secondment programs, including governance, reporting and policy implementation.
